1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account on PurrTrack, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
2. Data Privacy Act of 2012
You consent to the collection, storage, and processing of your personal information (including your name, address, email, and phone number) as well as your pet's data and geolocation data. Your data will only be shared with your local subdivision administrators and (in the event of a lost pet) users who scan your pet's tag.
3. Accuracy of Information
You certify that all information provided, including vaccination records, is true and correct. Providing false information may result in account termination and reporting to local authorities.
4. Hardware Tags and GPS
PurrTrack relies on community scanning for passive GPS recovery. We do not guarantee real-time continuous tracking unless a Home Beacon is actively connected.
5. Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account.
